Parsons is seeking an experienced Senior Design Engineer – Dry Utilities for its EMEA team. The role involves supporting the design of major infrastructure projects across the region, serving as a discipline design engineer on small to mid‑size projects, and providing technical guidance to designers and junior engineers.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and have at least seven years of experience in electrical design for large‑scale infrastructure projects. Required expertise includes hands‑on HV, MV, and LV design, deep knowledge of NEC, IEEE, IEC, and GCC utility standards such as DEWA and ADDC, and a strong infrastructure engineering background covering primary substations and MV/LV networks. Proficiency with Civil 3D, Navisworks, BIM, and Revit is also essential.
Desired qualifications include additional experience in power systems analysis, building services, and liaison with DEWA for approvals, as well as familiarity with DM/RTA processes.
