Prepare construction staking calculations by reading plans and interpreting CAD files
Site grading calculations and plotting
Post-processing field data collected via Total Station, GPS, levels, 3D laser scanners, and unmanned aerial systems
Create mapping deliverables including boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, topographic surveys, plats, and legal descriptions
Building 3D models of sites and structures for owners, architects, engineers, and contractors
Routine hydraulics calculations

1-2 years of academic coursework in civil engineering and/or internship experience
Familiarity with CAD software and hydraulic modeling tools (preferred)
Experience conducting field investigations or working with public agencies (preferred)
Geometric calculations and plotting (cross-sections, profiles, etc.)
Strong communication skills
Currently enrolled in a B.S. program in Civil Engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited curriculum or equivalent
Basic understanding of Surveying and/or Geomatics
Computer and CAD systems usage
Ability to follow technical direction and collaborate effectively
