- Participer activement à la production des offres de services (propositions techniques et financières) et à leur mise en marché;
- Faire le suivi de l’occupation des membres de l’équipe en collaboration avec les autres gestionnaires;
- Comprendre les objectifs du client, les protocoles techniques, les directives et les réglementations qui s'appliquent aux travaux/projets à réalisés;
- Diriger les opérations d’une équipe de biologistes;
- Agir comme interface directe entre les clients et l'équipe de projet d’AtkinsRéalis et/ou les organismes de réglementation, selon le cas;
- Coordonner des inventaires terrain notamment en milieu terrestre et aquatique;
- Maintenir des communications constructives avec le groupe et participer à la résolution des enjeux potentiels;
- Collaborer avec les différentes unités d’affaires au Canada;
- Participer au développement de la carrière des membres de l’équipe en fixant des objectifs et en évaluant les performances;

- Contribuer à mettre en place en environnement de travail et de collaboration stimulant et respectueux;
- Solide connaissance des normes, règlements et lignes directrices municipales, provinciales et fédérales en matière d'environnement, tels qu'ils s'appliquent à l'évaluation de l'impact sur l'environnement et à l'octroi de permis environnementaux à diverses étapes du développement de projets au Québec et au niveau fédéral, le cas échéant;
- Posséder 10 années d’expérience dans le domaine de la biologie appliqué au domaine de l’environnement et/ou du génie-conseil;
- Autonome, avec la capacité de gérer son temps et de multiples livrables en conséquence;
- Compétences avérées en matière de rédaction technique;
- Et Maîtrise du français à la lecture et à l'écriture, le bilinguisme en anglais étant un atout*.

- Posséder un diplôme d’études universitaires en biologie ou tout autre diplôme universitaire pertinent;
- Posséder de l’expérience en inventaire biologique;

- Solides compétences en matière d'organisation et de gestion du temps.
