In this role you will support the end‑to‑end recruiting process for field positions, partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements, conduct screens and resume reviews, and manage requisition flow. You will also ensure a positive candidate experience, maintain accurate data in the ATS, and assist with hiring events and outreach initiatives.
- Support full‑cycle recruiting for high‑volume field roles (sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer coordination).
- Partner with Field Recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screens and review resumes.
- Manage requisitions and track candidate movement through the hiring process.
- Provide timely, professional communication to candidates throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS.
- Follow established recruiting workflows and best practices.
- Assist with hiring events, job fairs, and outreach initiatives.
- Take ownership of assigned recruiting tasks and seek feedback for continuous improvement.

The Associate Field Recruiter is an entry‑level, high‑volume recruiting position designed for individuals early in their talent acquisition careers. The role provides hands‑on experience in full‑cycle recruiting and includes coaching to develop strong recruiting fundamentals.
Renuity seeks candidates with a bachelor’s degree—preferably in HR, business, or a related field—and 0–2 years of recruiting or HR experience, including internships or coordinator roles.
