We are excited to offer an opportunity to assist in improving the service offering of PC Renewal and asset management via ServiceNow. This position will be part of the Client’s PC Renewal Service Management and User Experience team, dedicated to supporting global customers. This role is ideal for individuals who are adept at navigating dynamic environments and are committed to delivering exceptional value in alignment with our customers’ mission-critical objectives.
Ensure global alignment for ITSM practices within the ServiceNow platform.
Assist with best practices to continually improve PC Renewal service operations associated within the ServiceNow platform as it relates to the PC Renewal business.
Additional Information: Develop and implement ticketing/metrics dashboards via native ServiceNow capabilities or via PowerBI and QlikSense to convey current statuses and SLA adherence to the service team and management.
Assist with the training of Planning and Operational staff.
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Experience and Skills Required: 5+ experience in relevant field. Business Intelligence, Business Analytics
