The Sales Executive is responsible for acquiring new customers and promoting credit cards and other banking products. This role involves direct sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management to drive business growth.
Provide insights and feedback to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
Identify and approach prospective clients through various sales channels, including field sales,
Follow up with potential clients to ensure successful conversions.
Assess customer needs and recommend suitable banking products.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to explain product features, benefits, and terms.
Educate customers on responsible credit usage and financial management.
Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or concerns promptly.
Generate leads through networking, events, and customer referrals.
Promote and sell credit cards, personal loans, and other banking products to potential customers.
Collect and verify required customer documents for applications.
Ensure all sales activities comply with bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
1-3 years of sales experience in banking, financial services, or related industries.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, if required.
Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a target-oriented environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to work in a field sales environment.
Experience in selling credit cards, loans, or banking products is a plus.
Ability to handle customer objections and convert leads into sales.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a persuasive approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
