Using hands to operate objects, tools, computers and other electronic equipment
Assist the PM team with administrative duties, to include writing change orders, importing job releases, sending documentation, and updating drawing logs.
Coordinate with the customer and Sales team to manage retail/miscellaneous orders
Track change-orders through business system. Develop a working knowledge of CRSI Manual of Standard Practice, reinforced concrete construction and other industry practices.
Place and manage invoicing for non-rebar product orders.
Produce necessary documents and coordinate orders in Nucor Rebar Fabrication's business system.
Assist supervisor in the review of projects, job completions, and forecasting; help resolve discrepancies.
Understand Nucor Rebar Fabrication's standard contract management procedures Maintain contract file, monitor lump sums for over-runs and final invoicing.
