Degree in Engineering (MEng, MSc, BEng, Bsc..) preferred or relevant Construction, Manufacturing, Project Management or STEM related qualification.
Be a Subject Matter Expert in an area key to Engineering delivery / Strategy development
Experience in implementing Digital Technologies and/or Advanced Applications within construction projects
Ability to interact at all levels of the business and promote best practice and where appropriate innovation
Engineering background (ideally with a good understanding of all engineering disciplines associated to the design and delivery of projects)
Critical thinking & problem solving
Design and/or Project Management experience ideally in Water industry
Ability to work collaboratively
Commercial awareness and understanding
Able to develop ideas and present them concisely
Skilled at balancing the big picture with the need to get into detail
Successful demonstrable experience of management of internal / external design functions
Strong persuasive communication skills in writing, oral and presentations
