Site Administrator

Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative and coordination services that support the Project teams.

• Maintain stationery and office consumables
• Update and maintain business records using Excel databases
• Point of contact for client interaction/communications
• Prepare, organise, and enter data of timesheets and project costings
• Collate, data-log, submit and review weekly timesheets for the team and liaise with payroll on any discrepancies
• Collate and present data for completed (and ongoing) works
• High volume receipting of goods
• Daily and weekly labour data entry, generate progress reports and update tracking systems
• Verify job and progress claims and convert to invoices
• Maintain registers and purchases of PPE for employees
• Carry out high volume of directed purchasing duties across the business

Requirements

Experienced Site Administrator to be based in our Subiaco Office working on an 8 days on 6 days off roster. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who wants to lace up the steel cap boots and get some on-the-ground site exposure!

• Ability to work autonomously with problem solving skills
• Strong communication and people skills
• Strong computer and systems skills and knowledge
• Valid Drivers license
• Ability to pass a Pre-employment medical check
• Accurate data entry skills
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Must have strong experience using MS Excel
• High attention to detail – experience with high volume invoicing/ purchasing

Please note: This role will require site travel for 1-2 shutdowns per month to various project sites during busy shutdown periods. Any site travel would attract an additional allowance.
