Strategy Executive-Founders' Office

• Provide direct support to the CEO/Executive, including managing schedules, travel arrangements, and communications.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and potential risks to the organization.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects requiring collaboration between product, tech, operations, and business teams.
• Coordinate communications, including preparing presentations, speeches, and reports for executive-level meetings and external engagements.
• Oversee compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Shape a first-of-its-kind AI + clean energy platform.
• Oversee organizational strategic initiatives by identifying areas for improvement and efficiency.
• Manage sensitive and high-priority projects, ensuring confidentiality and precision.
• Oversee special and strategic initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with the organization's objectives.
• Track business performance and provide analytical inputs for decision-making.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop, communicate, and implement strategic initiatives and organizational goals.
• Translate high-level vision into actionable plans, frameworks, and measurable outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, both internal and external.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the CEO/Executive for identified stakeholders
• Partner with the CEO-Founder to identify, prioritize, and execute key strategic initiatives that align with company goals.
• Prepare agendas, briefings, and materials for executive meetings.
• Synthesize complex business information into concise insights, reports, and board presentations.

The Strategy Executive will serve as a critical partner to the CEO, assisting in collaborating with critical stakeholders in view of company strategy and business. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a strong ability to manage critical stakeholders both internal and external, and the capacity to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization and its partners and customers.

• Strategic and analytical mindset — ability to connect data, insights, and execution.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Aware of cross-functional collaboration and initiatives that require input and coordination across different departments.
• Relevant experience in supporting strategic/executive leadership, preferably as a Strategy Specialist or equivalent.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field.

• Proven track record of working closely with founders or CXOs in high-growth or startup environments.
• Energetic self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and rapid growth environments.
• Advanced proficiency in business communication, data analysis, and presentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Notion, or BI dashboards).
