Regularly stand, walk, and may sit for extended periods of time
Perform periodic checks on machinery and/or equipment and solve problems as detected, trouble shoot issues that occur during shift, and maintain operator logs
Works with peers to coordinate movement parts and/or products to the next step operation

Load, unload, receive, and store raw materials and supplies
Prepare machines to start a production cycle٫ performing calibration٫ cleaning and other activities efficiently IAW quality standards and established safety procedures
Works with peers to Identify product defects and report necessary nonconformances to Supervisor, and/or Quality Inspector
Maintains equipment and work areas; cleans and performs basic repairs as needed.
Performs minor repairs and routine preventative maintenance on machines to including cleaning scrap trays and filters.
Frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds using mechanical equipment
Use computer aided manufacturing programs to monitors, controls, and adjusts machine settings while operating machinery and/or equipment, according to specifications.
Completes work as required to meet production and schedule requirements
