- Reconcile general ledger accounts and assist with bank reconciliations
- Support audits and maintain organized financial records
- Help manage cost reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Participate in special projects and support other accounting staff
- Work with project teams on billing, collections, and cost tracking
- Support internal controls and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Assist with preparing monthly financial statements in line with GAAP
- Prepare journal entries and assist with financial reporting packages
- Help manage employee data in HR systems as needed
- Monitor overhead expenses and assist with payroll tax filings
- Process accounting transactions accurately and on time

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with GAAP and internal controls
