Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions for complex water infrastructure challenges.
Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives and regulatory requirements.
Conduct hydraulic modeling and technical evaluations for system performance and capacity planning.
Provide quality assurance and technical guidance to junior engineers and designers.
Support project managers in scope development, budgeting, and schedule management.
Prepare engineering reports, plans, and specifications in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Lead design and analysis of stormwater systems, water/sewer conveyance networks, and related infrastructure.

Essential Professional Licensure/Certification.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Master’s Degree in Engineering.
Proficiency in hydraulic modeling software (e.g., SWMM, StormCAD, HEC-RAS) and CAD platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
5+ years of experience in stormwater, water distribution, and wastewater conveyance design.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 12 months.
Strong understanding of municipal infrastructure standards and permitting processes.
