• Provide assistance with medication reminders, personal care, and daily living activities.
• Follow individualized resident schedules and document daily care logs.
• Deliver emotional and social support while maintaining resident independence and confidentiality.
• Communicate resident issues promptly to supervisors.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least one year of senior-care experience, a valid HHA certification (state-dependent), and basic computer skills. Strong English proficiency, compassion, professionalism, teamwork, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to make independent decisions in high-stress situations are required.
