This is a full-time hybrid role for a CDM Principal Designer / CDM Advisor located in Liverpool and Manchester, with some work from home acceptable. The CDM Principal Designer will be responsible for providing Principal Designer Services, Principal Designer Advisory services and CDM Client Advisory services, engaging in strategic and project activity, offering bespoke advice on CDM compliance, and integrating seamlessly with clients' teams. Daily tasks include driving a coherent Design Risk Management Strategy in workshops and DTMs, conducting site visits, preparing documentation, advising on safety measures, coordinating with other consultants and contractors, and offering reactive support when needed.
