Work closely with the different GIS end users, engineers and project teams to identify problems and provide input, advice and implementation.
Supporting the development and implementation of 3D GIS.
Managing the implementation of GIS on the projects, including management of the project’s ArcGIS Enterprise System.
Lead with the development, deployment and maintenance of the Web-GIS platforms and Mobile-GIS Apps.
Metadata Creation and Management.
Work with and support GIS technicians and BIM coordinators to maximise value from their outputs and investigate innovative ways to apply geospatial solutions.
Promote of GIS Services to the project.
Manage data correctly and efficiently – ensure that the most up-to-date versions of data are shown on maps / issued at any given time.
Identify and implement the most appropriate and efficient geospatial workflows and processes.
Capture and maintain a register of GIS data usage around the project and seek opportunities to deploy GIS.
Ensure that the GIS Execution Plan is implemented by the projects and its subcontractors/supply chain where required.

Experience in working with, editing and loading to databases.
Experience with WebGIS such as ArcGIS for Portal / ArcGIS Online.
Experience of the ESRI ArcGIS Suite and Geographic Data Management.
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields.
Competency in web-mapping and Internet-based GIS solutions.
Awareness of projections and transformations.
Experience of working within a large infrastructure project environment.
