

JLL provides professional services in real estate and investment management worldwide.
The Facilities Coordinator supports the Site and/or Assistant Facility Managers with operational activities across maintenance, accounting, vendor oversight, equipment, supplies, occupancy services, and client relationships to achieve expected service levels.
In service delivery, the coordinator conducts daily walkthroughs, responds to work orders promptly, ensures KPI compliance, identifies opportunities for operational improvement, schedules repairs and maintenance, and coordinates vendors to minimize disruption.
Additional duties include managing site amenities such as fitness, food services, massage, transportation, supporting moves, coordinating events and conference facilities, and handling reception, mail, office supplies, landlord relations, access passes, and safety/security support.
The role also requires maintaining accurate site records, updating web pages, overseeing moves and reconfigurations, and developing emergency response plans for evacuation and after‑hours incidents.
Client relationship management involves complying with contract requirements, exceeding key performance indicators, delivering exceptional service reflected in client feedback, and aligning site operations with agreed policies and contract scope.
Candidates should have prior facilities, property management, or hospitality experience, knowledge of local occupational health and safety standards, familiarity with basic technical building systems, proficiency with IT tools, and strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
The position is onsite in Scottsdale, AZ, does not provide visa sponsorship, and requires candidates to be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
