Coordinate new product introductions of heavy equipment, ensuring seamless integration of various functions and optimization of manufacturability.
Support prototype builds, testing, and validation activities, including field testing with solar installation equipment.

Ability to work hands-on with machinery and tools in lab, shop, and field environments.

3+ years of experience in product development, NPI, or technical coordination roles in heavy equipment, construction machinery, or similar industries.
Knowledge of project management principles or experience with stage-gate product development processes.
Hands-on experience with hydraulic systems, mechanical assemblies, control electronics, and diagnostics.
Proficient with CAD tools (SolidWorks preferred), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Significant travel (up to 33%) to supplier, manufacturing, and customer sites.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform mechanical assembly tasks.
Experience working with equipment used in solar installation or renewable energy sectors.
