Provide mentorship and training to junior staff.
Oversee field potholing operations to guide data collection and alternative solutions.
Develop in-house training presentations to educate teams on utility design capabilities.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate preparation of PS&E for major projects.
Participate in in-house project management training courses.
