Maintain a clean and orderly job site throughout the duration of the project
Install and maintain protection on job sites and in occupied luxury residences
Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of tools and equipment on site
Communicate clearly with team members through phone, email, and approved technologies
Support field operations by completing general labor assignments as required
Sweep and mop areas as required to maintain cleanliness
Assist carpenters and other trades on site as requested
Remove debris and trash, load dumpsters, and move materials as needed
Load, unload, and distribute materials as instructed
Move furniture, change light bulbs, and perform similar tasks as directed
Monitor subcontractors and control site access and on site activities

Perform basic demolition tasks
Knowledge of protection methodologies specific to high end homes
Experience operating in occupied finished and furnished luxury residences
Four Hour Supported Scaffold
Asbestos Awareness
Familiarity with duties performed by other trades, including materials, tools, and machinery preferred
Mold, Lead & Silica Awareness
Driver’s License a plus!
OSHA 30 Hour required
Two Hour Drug and Alcohol Awareness Training
Blue SST Card required
