Coordinates engineering efforts in assigned areas between specialty and other engineering groups or disciplines, with the client, suppliers, and contractors and between other groups.
Prepares letters to vendors and clients.
Performs work using Standard Application Programs and appropriate 2-D and 3-D engineering tools.
Prepares and reviews bid analyses and makes recommendation.

A recognized degree in a job-related engineering or scientific discipline from an accredited college or university, or a professional license in an appropriate engineering discipline from a recognized licensing board.
Extensive knowledge of applicable industry / regulatory codes and standards, and design
Knowledge of control and safety systems, including the management of a Main Automation Contractor (MAC) and the BPCS, SIS, FGS and PLCs
Good knowledge of related construction practices and the economics involved.
Experience of Safety Instrumented Functions, HAZOP and LOPA. Certification as a Certified Functional Safety Professional (CFSP) or equivalent is desirable
Pre-FEED and FEED experiences in related types projects
High standard of oral and written communication, and use of MSOffice applications.
Experience in executing Middle Eastern projects, brownfield experience and familiarity with Aramco standards and specifications is highly desirable.
Knowledge of instrumentation covering both primary and final elements
Knowledge of systems, calculations, equipment, materials and software and methods of application for C&I discipline.

At least 10 years of related experience in Petrochemical, Energy Transition or Oil and Gas industry.
