Assist project teams in preparing PowerPoint presentations for client, consultant, and internal meetings.

Coordinate lunchtime vendor seminars and other internal meetings, including issuing invitations, gathering RSVPs, communicating with the vendor regarding meeting arrangements, providing audio/visual assistance, providing catering assistance, etc.
Provide administrative support for the New York office, leaders, and architectural project teams.

Coordinate with building management regarding property repairs or updates. Arrange equipment repair and maintenance services with building management and vendors as required.
