

Designs and manufactures flooring solutions for commercial spaces.
The role focuses on assisting with tufting machine mechanical work, supervising Tufting Fixers, ordering parts, maintaining machine records, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring safety and housekeeping standards are upheld. The technician will also manage work orders through the EZ Entry/TPM/SHARP systems and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidates must have extensive experience as a tufting fixer and be able to work an 8‑hour shift that may include weekends and holidays. Physical requirements include intermittent sitting or standing for at least eight hours, climbing steps, walking throughout the plant, and tolerating temperature and humidity changes.
