- Developing, updating, and refining detailed construction programmes, including activity-based work sequences, milestones, start/finish dates, durations, and critical paths.
- Allocating and tracking resources such as labour, plant, and materials.
- Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to identify and resolve potential scheduling challenges.
- Analysing risks and implementing contingency plans to keep projects on track.
- Supporting the estimating and commercial teams with programme input for bids and tenders.
- Providing advice on progress, changes, and improvements throughout project lifecycles.
