Maintain SOPs and keep training materials up to date.
Assist with change management by communicating process changes and supporting training sessions or Q&A follow-ups.
Ensure files are clearly labeled and easy to locate.

Support updates to pricing and promotional materials as needed.
Help troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed.
Monitor changes to pricing and promotional materials, ensuring proper approvals are documented and version history is maintained.
Attend team meetings and planning sessions to stay informed on upcoming promotions, pricing changes, and process updates.
Respond to questions from merchandising, operations, and customer service teams regarding pricing and promotional processes.
Set up and maintain pricing and promotional details across systems and platforms while maintaining approved margins.
Maintain organized records of pricing and promotion documents, including calendars, approvals, and retailer guidelines.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure promotions are launched on time and accurately.
Support creation of training guides or checklists for new team members or system updates.
Identify workflow bottlenecks and help test new approaches to improve efficiency.
Participate in user testing for new tools or system upgrades and provide feedback.

5+ years of experience in retail operations, pricing, or customer service.
Travel required less than 10%.
Proficiency in Excel, data management tools, and performance reporting.
Associate degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s preferred).
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Lift up to 25 pounds occasionally (less than 25% of time).
Experience with major ERP systems.
Strong understanding of retail pricing and promotions.
5 years in retail operations, pricing, or customer service.
Proven ability to complete time-sensitive tasks.
