Investment Associate – Real Estate

Description

You will play a key role in sourcing, analysing, and executing new UK residential investments, while supporting ongoing portfolio performance. This is a high-impact position within a platform that rewards ownership, analytical excellence, and initiative.

• Prepare investment materials and present to senior stakeholders.
• Build sophisticated cash flow and valuation analyses.
• Support the full transaction cycle for acquisitions and developments: modelling, research, due diligence, and closing.
• Assist with asset management, including monthly performance analysis and partner engagement.
• Conduct on-the-ground site visits and market assessments.

Requirements

The UK team is lean, ambitious, and fast-moving - offering exposure to complex transactions, high-growth strategies, and senior decision-makers across the business.

• UK driving licence preferred (travel required).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in real estate investing, lending, investment banking, or investment sales.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or similar.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling capability.
