As a Regional Service Manager at Morgan Properties, you’ll lead and support maintenance operations across multiple residential communities. This is a key leadership position that ensures our properties are well-maintained, safe, and operating efficiently.   • Oversee preventative maintenance programs, service request management, and capital projects
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee service delivery
  • Track performance metrics and implement ongoing process improvements
  • Ensure all maintenance operations meet company standards and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with property and regional managers to align maintenance strategies with community needs
  • Lead, coach, and support service managers and maintenance teams across assigned properties
  • Provide training and development to ensure team members grow their technical and leadership skills

  • Proven leadership experience in a multi-site environment
  • HVAC certification and/or boiler license preferred
  • Ability to lead with empathy, integrity, and a focus on continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and team-building skills
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in property maintenance or facilities management
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
