  • Drive ABM Strategy: Lead platform management and execution of ABM programs (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, Terminus) in partnership with Sales, aligning marketing influence and revenue impact.
  • Optimize Marketing Operations: Manage HubSpot, Salesforce, and analytics tools to ensure data integrity, automation efficiency, and funnel visibility.
  • Elevate the Digital Experience: Provide strategic oversight for the website and digital ecosystem to optimize UX, brand alignment, and conversion performance.
  • Build and Empower a Team: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team across demand gen, digital, ABM, web, SEO/SEM, paid media, and ops.
  • Own Multi-Channel Campaigns: Oversee planning and execution of integrated campaigns across digital, paid, social, and email channels to generate and nurture leads.
  • Champion Revenue Marketing: Define KPIs, attribution, and reporting frameworks to measure pipeline performance, conversion, and ROI.
  • Manage Resources Wisely: Oversee budgets, vendors, and agency partnerships to ensure accountability, effectiveness, and ROI.
  • Lead the Growth Engine: Develop and execute a demand generation and marketing operations strategy that drives awareness, qualified pipeline, and revenue.
  • Collaborate for Growth: Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align GTM strategies and support cross-functional growth initiatives.

  • Revenue-Driven Mindset: Demonstrated success connecting marketing activity to pipeline growth, bookings, and revenue impact.
