The incumbent will serve as the first point of contact for supply‑chain procedures in the supported operational region, acquire services from third‑party suppliers, and manage contract formation, renewal and compliance to prevent leakage. They will oversee regional demand planning, act as a liaison between category management and internal clients, and develop trusted partnerships with both internal stakeholders and local vendors. Additionally, they will resolve escalated supplier and invoicing issues, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and contribute to team KPIs and productivity targets.
Candidates must hold a relevant university degree and have at least four years of supply chain management experience, specifically in sourcing, contract formation, contract management, and supplier relationship management. A strong track record of handling large transaction volumes under tight deadlines is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
Preferred qualifications include exceptional organizational and interpersonal abilities as well as the capacity to manage high volumes of transactions efficiently. Candidates who demonstrate flexibility and a proactive mindset are valued.
