Prepare business plans, including annual operating plans, financial forecasts, strategic plans, and investment recommendations.
Author internal and external correspondence for transaction and property descriptions, offering memoranda for asset sales and capital raisings, and responses to RFP’s.
Participate in the underwriting and execution of new investments, as well as assist in the development of investment strategy and portfolio analyses.
Conduct market assessments, site assessments, zoning assessments, and other due diligence related to site acquisition and development feasibility.
Assist development project leads in a broad range of acquisition and development activities including site acquisition, financing, government approvals, design and construction monitoring, project branding, sales and marketing strategy and implementation.

Strong quantitative, analytical and financial modeling skills; with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Real estate experience preferred, not required.
Exceptional time management and prioritization skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with significant responsibilities and competing priorities.
Experience in real estate financial modeling from areas such as real estate corporate finance, investment banking, private equity or real estate investment sales, or debt platforms.
Strong attention to detail with a desire to grow and succeed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, at all levels.
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity or real estate.
