Infrastructure and Construction Support Director

Description

• Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, government authorities, and community groups, to ensure their needs and expectations are met, and communicate project progress and significant issues to senior management, providing recommendations for resolution.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on project timelines, budgets, and quality, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and promoting a culture of safety and sustainability.
• Process Improvement: Lead the development and implementation of a continuous Improvement plans for Soudah Development's construction operations, focusing on streamlining workflows and reducing costs.
• Oversee Project Progress, Budget, and Quality: Oversee detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, monitoring project performance to identify and address deviations or issues and ensuring rigorous quality control.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in any related field from a recognized and accredited university is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university.
