The role requires no cold calling, as pre‑set, high‑quality appointments are provided. Reps travel to customer homes (sometimes up to 80+ miles one way), deliver engaging presentations, provide written estimates, complete documentation, maintain accurate CRM records, and guide customers through financing. Flexibility for evening and weekend appointments is expected. Basic qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year of customer‑facing sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance. Preferred experience includes outside or in‑home sales, comfort with iPad‑based applications, a competitive and goal‑oriented mindset, and a proven ability to exceed performance targets.
