Develop and implement a comprehensive sourcing strategy for the Transportation/Logistics category.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and provide procurement support.
Lead procurement processes including RFPs, RFQs, and supplier evaluations.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers and monitor performance to drive continuous improvement.
Drive cost‑saving initiatives while maintaining quality and compliance.
