Description

• Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media channels.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization to improve rankings and visibility.
• Implement and refine on-page and off-page SEO strategies to drive organic traffic.
• Plan and manage sponsored ads and remarketing strategies to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
• Generate regular reports to measure KPIs and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Leverage analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other platforms to monitor campaign effectiveness and customer behavior.
• Conduct performance marketing activities, including SEM display advertising, affiliate marketing, and email campaigns.
• Oversee the design, development, and optimization of the brand’s e-commerce website to ensure an engaging user experience and high conversion rates.
• Identify and partner with influencers to amplify brand awareness and credibility through strategic collaborations.
• Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers as needed to execute specialized tasks.
• Manage the brand’s social media presence, driving engagement and growth through creative content and consistent posting.
• Monitor and analyze influencer campaign performance, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
• Continuously improve site functionality, usability, and SEO performance to enhance discoverability.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and design, to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Requirements

• Experience: freshers or 1-2 years in e-commerce marketing or related roles with a proven track record of driving online sales and engagement.
• Creative Skills: Strong content creation abilities, including writing, visual design collaboration, and video production oversight.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Strategies

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Performance Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in running paid campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, and Instagram with a focus on ROI.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with website management platforms (e.g., Shopify, WordPress), SEO tools, and analytics software.
