Prepare 3D models for use in AutoCAD ACC common data environment.
Provide calculations and assist with day to day work flows to field staff
Tracking project hours and strategically staying within designated hours.
Ensure you and your family receive the services needed to support your mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
Maintain accurate survey and drawing records, documentation and submittals, and ability to follow BIM Management procedures.
Conduct QC verification on drawings / designs
Liaises with designers and field staff to problem solve.
Working with permit drawings and city websites to understand the full scope of the drawing.
Completion of design drawings, quantity calculations and as-built drawings for projects within various work types using various software packages (e.g. AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, Civil 3D)
Interpret and adhere to legislative, project and code requirements and client’s specifications (e.g. Ontario Standard Drawings)
Collaborating with Designers to ensure accuracy of drawings.

3 to 5 years of AutoCAD drafting experience
Able to work with and communicate to internal stakeholders (e.g. project management/operations teams)
Strong proficiency with AutoCAD software and experience customizing AutoCAD, scripts, tools and Menu’s
Ability to create 3D Models using CAD software.
Ability to interpret field survey data, coordinate and communicate with field survey crews
Post-secondary education in Civil / Mechanical Engineering, Geomatics or design field, Architectural or equivalent experience
Experience working with government bodies and familiar with legislative requirements (e.g. Ministry of Transportation, city permit applications)
Strong attention to detail
CET certified or CET eligible is an asset
Self-motivated, ability to learn new skills, assume new responsibilities and work cooperatively in a team environment
Experience with ACC
Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
