The San Jose, CA location is seeking an Aerial Lineman who understands aerial cable installation procedures, pole and anchor placement, tool usage, and the ability to read prints and maps while adhering to safety rules. Responsibilities may include installing aerial strands and cable, direct‑buried pipe, trenching, conventional and directional boring, underground conduit systems, inside wiring, testing, and maintenance services.
This full‑time hourly position requires working at least 40 hours per week in an outdoor environment exposed to extreme weather, traffic, natural gas, electrical hazards, and moderate to loud noise. The role demands long periods of standing, frequent lifting (regularly 75 lb, up to 100 lb), climbing poles up to 40 ft, and meeting specific vision requirements. Candidates must be able to work safely in all weather conditions and adapt to varying terrain and settings.

Compensation ranges from $25 to $38 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
