Proactive forward planning of monthly appointments and meetings
With the support of the Estimating team, select and cost products using bespoke software packages
Feed into Product Development to assist with coordinating sales strategy with the right equipment and cost elements clearly defined
Identify market movers (new products, systems, trends)
Update CRM as required
Achieve overall sales target – selling standard and bespoke ranges in line with specifications
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, consultants and end users, in line with the Company’s 80/20 strategy
Generation of sales leads and managing the process from initial enquiry to order placement, including final negotiation

Excellent communication skills with confidence and ability to provide sales and CPD presentations
Highly self-motivated
Computer literate including use of Microsoft packages: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential
Strong understanding of air handling units.
Ability to communicate and work with different groups of people effectively throughout Airedale and externally
You will have established contacts within Mechanical and Electrical Consultants and Contractors
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and/or the Building Services/HVAC industry (ideally Engineering qualification required, minimum HND or degree)
