Overseeing site presentation and ensuring that this is maintained to the correct standard at all times.

Experience of working as a Sales Manager for a high volume national housebuilder.
Ability to work on own as well as part of a team
GCSE Maths and English – Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent)
Ability to travel to all sales sites, including divisional offices.
Able to work weekends and bank holidays as required.
Works effectively to deadlines
Proficient IT skills along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and outlook).
Good administration skills
