We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The role combines leadership of a Solution Operations Team with hands‑on operational tasks, requiring strong technical abilities in DevOps, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and scripting.
The ideal candidate has 6 to 8 years of experience in operations or IT support, with a proven track record of leading operational teams. Technical expertise in Azure, AWS, Python, and CI/CD tools is essential, while a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Relevant cloud certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are a plus.
Core skills required are operations management, incident handling, release coordination, and effective cross‑functional communication. Experience with AWS monitoring services, DevOps practices, and managing CI/CD pipelines on Jenkins and GitLab is mandatory. Nice‑to‑have capabilities include system performance optimization and familiarity with .NET, C#, and ReactJS.
- Utilize Azure and AWS cloud platforms; experience with AWS monitoring services.
