As part of this highly respected organisation, you will take responsibility for managing all electrical aspects of the project, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, health & safety standards, and industry regulations
Collaborate with project management, design teams, and other disciplines to resolve technical issues
Manage and coordinate all on-site electrical activities
Lead, support, and manage electrical teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Provide regular progress reports, identifying risks, issues, and mitigation plans
Carry out inspections, quality checks, and monitor progress against programme

Our client, a leading Tier 1 MEP Contractor, is recruiting for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a major data centre project in Hertfordshire, scheduled for completion at the end of 2027.

Ability to manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams effectively
Ability to problem-solve and manage technical issues quickly and professionally
Excellent knowledge of health & safety, compliance, and industry regulations
Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or Electrical Construction Manager
Strong understanding of electrical building services within large-scale MEP projects
Data centre project experience is essential
Valid CSCS/SMSTS/First Aid certifications (preferred)
Strong communication and leadership skills
