Job Responsibilities: Analyze customer inquiries and requirements to design technical solutions for energy storage systems, including BESS, PCS, and EMS components. Evaluate technical feasibility and optimize solutions for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Prepare detailed technical documentation, including specifications, schematics, and configurations. Develop and submit comprehensive bidding documents and proposals that meet regulatory, technical, and customer-specific standards. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, project management, and R&D, to align solutions with project goals. Serve as a technical point of contact for customers during the pre-sales, proposal, and implementation phases. Contribute to the development of new tools and methodologies for solution optimization.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Familiarity with system simulation and design tools.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required to effectively communicate with international teams, customers, and stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Technical Solutions Engineer to join our team specializing in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). This role is pivotal in designing and delivering tailored technical solutions that meet customer requirements while ensuring compliance with industry standards. In this role, you will work closely with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure project success from inquiry to implementation.
Strong understanding of battery storage systems, power conversion systems, grid integration, and energy management systems is preferred.
Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in creating technical documentation, schematics, and bidding documents.
