We're looking for an experienced individual contributor to drive our technology and process change management efforts at UES. This is a key role, as part of the ongoing growth and enhancement of our company’s technology capabilities. As a Change Management Specialist, you will be responsible for consulting on and contributing to our multi-year strategic Enterprise Application Suite implementation, including ERP, CRM, HCM and Ops applications, supporting the vision and future direction of UES. You will support the organizational readiness assessments and training and communications planning and execution efforts in collaboration with project managers, business leaders, and key internal/external partners at all levels.
The Program / Change Specialist is responsible for maximizing the employee adoption of required applications and processes, as well as supporting the deployment / training efforts. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of change management principles.
- Ability to partner and collaborate with various teams and leadership levels as well as able to proactively and efficiently work independently at times
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to tell compelling business and result stories
- Experience and/or aptitude with technical projects, partnerships, and process improvements mindset
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Able to complete tasks assigned by the leaders in an efficient and timely manner
- Demonstrated strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, and Payroll applications, including their features, functionalities, and implementation processes
- Experience of 5+ years in change management, training program development, and delivery.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 products and collaboration tools
- Preferred: Master's Degree in Organizational Development
- This position primarily operates in a professional office environment, requiring the ability to work at a desk for extended periods while using a computer, phone, and standard office equipment.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- This position requires travel, approximately up to 50% of the time, in support of business objectives and client engagements. Travel may be both scheduled and on short notice, depending on project needs. Destinations typically include job sites, field locations, or regional offices, where work may be conducted in outdoor or operational environments. Adherence to all company safety protocols and use of PPE is required during travel and on-site work.
