Manage and oversee technical activities performed by design consultants, CPM, and construction contractors.
Direct day-to-day technical activities of design consultants per contract scope of work.
Serve as primary technical interface and report to Senior Project Manager/Team Leader on scope, progress, schedule, and capital cost.
Implement assigned projects to meet SBBC needs within approved scope, schedule, and budget.
Oversee design consultant and CPM for technical management regarding construction oversight, approvals, design changes, and SBBC staff coordination.
Provide technical management and resolve issues related to engineering drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and other deliverables.
Monitor progress and ensure compliance with SBBC policies, design criteria, and construction standards.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

Familiarity with e-Builder construction management software and reporting tools.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Experience with field testing procedures and quality assurance techniques.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations.
5–10 years of experience in vertical construction management or quality control.
Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
