- Evaluate and correct positional setup issues to maintain operational integrity
- Collaborate with Engineering to develop and implement process improvements aligned with factory goals
- Serve as acting Hot Operations Supervisor during absences, ensuring continuity of leadership
- Conduct detailed bushing diagnostics, ensuring optimal heat pattern control and fin alignment
- Coach and mentor Forming operators on workmanship standards to improve quality and throughput
- Work with Alloy Engineers on alloy redesign and optimization initiatives
- Partner with Hot Operations Supervisors to identify and close workforce skill gaps
- Troubleshoot complex Fiberizing position issues to boost efficiency and minimize waste
- Document daily activities, including corrective actions, improvement recommendations, and general observations
