- Holistic Systems Approach: Oversee electrical, mechanical, network, and control systems with a comprehensive view of data center design.
- Providing all internal stakeholders and functional departments with the account-specific guidance and insights required to execute their roles and add value to the client.

- Understanding and capturing clients' challenges and requirements, resolving them with reference to Eaton's portfolio.

- Project Management Experience: Experience with Product Design or Product Management with a working knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.

- Specialized Industry Knowledge: Ability to create customized data center physical layer solutions tailored to various data center subsegments, including (but not limited to) Hyperscale, liquid cooling, and the modular edge.
- DMAIC experience for process improvement and drive for excellence.
- Initiative: Proactive approach, taking on tasks beyond the role, excellent time management to ensure timely delivery.
- Ability to write whitepapers and drive innovation.
- Highly proficient at technical program management, agile and process improvement.
- To perform effectively, the individual shall maintain sufficient market and competitor intelligence, understand client and market primary trends and requirements and how competition addresses them and how Eaton uniquely and preferentially meets them.
