Information Technology Support Technician

Description

You’ll play a key role in supporting our IT operations day-to-day, helping to ensure that our people, systems and networks run at their best.

• Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network systems
• Supporting mobile devices and end-user communication systems
• Logging, prioritising, and resolving support tickets efficiently and professionally
• Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support to colleagues across the business
• Managing ICT onboarding and offboarding processes for new starters and leavers

Right now, we’re looking for an ICT Support Technician to join our Swindon-based IT team — someone with a passion for technology and a proactive, can-do attitude.

You’re a confident communicator with solid technical knowledge and a genuine passion for IT support. You take pride in providing great service and keeping systems performing at their best.

• Familiarity with hardware configuration and troubleshooting
• Good understanding of Windows Servers and operating systems
• Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving
• A customer-focused mindset and a willingness to go the extra mile
• Previous experience in IT support or a related technical role
