Specialist – Employee Experience

Design, deliver, and improve digital employee experiences using Microsoft Viva and SharePoint.
Provide Level 2 support for Viva and SharePoint-related queries, escalating as needed.
Engage directly with business users to understand their needs, challenges, and goals related to employee experience.
Help coordinate campaigns, surveys, and feedback loops to measure employee engagement and satisfaction.
Support onboarding and training initiatives to drive adoption of digital workplace tools.
Assist in the configuration and maintenance of Viva Connections dashboards, feeds, and resources.
Educate stakeholders on the digital workplace roadmap and guide them toward aligned, scalable solutions.
Assist in documenting processes, FAQs, and user guides to support self-service and knowledge sharing.
Support the creation and curation of SharePoint content hubs, intranet pages, and communication sites.
Translate business requirements into practical solutions using Viva and SharePoint capabilities.
Stay informed about Microsoft Viva roadmap updates and new features.
Collaborate with P&C, Communications, and IT to promote awareness and usage of Viva Connections and SharePoint features.
Ensure content is accessible, up-to-date, and aligned with internal branding and messaging standards.
Monitor usage analytics and contribute to reporting on engagement trends and improvement opportunities.
Contribute ideas to enhance the employee experience through digital tools and storytelling.
Participate in internal learning opportunities and cross-team initiatives to expand knowledge across the Viva suite (e.g., Viva Insights, Learning, Goals, Engage).

Familiarity with intranet design, digital communications, or employee engagement is a plus.
1–2 years of experience in a communications, HR, IT, or digital workplace support role (internships included).
Exposure to Microsoft 365 tools in academic or professional settings.
Experience with responsive and iterative design.
Ability to translate user needs into digital solutions using available tools.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and user experience.
Experience supporting end-users or managing content in SharePoint is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with business users.
Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Experience with User Experience, User Centric and UI Design.
Basic understanding of Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint Online and Viva Connections and Copilot
(Preferred) Participation in Microsoft Learn and/or Viva-related learning paths.
