Color Lab Tint Specialist

Description

• Perform accurate custom stucco color matches following lab policies and quality standards.
• Complete color vial orders on time to meet customer specifications and company timelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized color lab environment.
• Collaborate with the Regional Color Manager to improve lab efficiency and processes.
• Monitor and maintain color lab equipment for safe, effective operation.
• Manage inventory by ordering color vials and pigments to ensure stock availability.
• Accurately package and label color vials for warehouse and customer delivery.
• Assist with customer service and warehouse operations to support satisfaction.
• Apply basic math proficiency across various units of measure.

Requirements

• Hold a high school diploma or GED and pass the Munsell Hue Test for color accuracy.
• Demonstrate strong English communication skills for reading, writing, and routine reports.
• Preferable experience working in a color lab environment.
• Possess forklift certification and ability to operate standard warehouse equipment safely.
• Follow detailed instructions and solve basic problems in standardized situations.
• Work comfortably in a team‑oriented setting with daily customer interaction.
• Willingness to wear required PPE and work occasional overtime as needed.
