Key responsibilities include abstracting critical lease data, cross‑checking and verifying system information, generating monthly reporting packages, and managing operational expense, accounts payable and receivable reconciliations. The role also involves auditing lease‑administration work, reviewing landlord invoices for compliance, and handling insurance, security deposits and client invoicing.
The Specialist – Financial Management – Lease Administration role reports to the Team Lead/Assistant Manager and works with account managers, hub leads, clients and their teams. It offers a high degree of independence, allowing the incumbent to deliver consistent, high‑quality lease abstraction services.
Candidates should hold a university degree in commerce or finance (or equivalent experience) and have five to seven years of lease‑administration or real‑estate consulting experience. Strong attention to detail, organizational and interpersonal skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and property‑management systems, and expertise in AP/AR processes are required.
