What you would be doing

  • Order corporate promotional materials and coordinate delivery as required
  • Assist with site planning and management
  • Prepare meeting agendas, organize meetings, and produce minutes
  • Ensure both internal and outgoing documents are accurate and in line with Graham’s brand standards
  • Manage travel arrangements, and at times perform expense reconciliation
  • Liaise with external clients, and develop and maintain relationships with parallel roles in other organizations
  • Ensure meeting costs are in line with the direction of the team, and be conscious of meeting pricing
  • Maintain high level of professionalism with internal clients

  • A passion for learning more about construction within the transit and infrastructures spaces
  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in an adminstrative role as Executive Assistant, Office Administrator, Site Administrator or similar
  • Availability to be office based at Richmond Hospital/ Delta, 5 days a week
  • Experience with InEight & SAP are all assets
  • Existing experience within an administrative role within a construction organization (general contractor, sub contractor or supplier) would be an asset
  • Strong MS Office Suite experience
  • Demonstrate initiative and a willingness to take on new tasks, and present new and creative ideas
  • Strong communication, both verbal and written
